How to Investigate: Fundamentals of Effective Fact Finding
This course sets out the building blocks of good investigative practice for any kind of investigation. It covers fundamental investigative principles, how to plan an investigation, an introduction to investigative interviewing, dealing with digitally-stored, documentary and physical evidence, assessing evidence, report writing and the challenges of workplace related investigations.

Investigative Interviewing
This course is dedicated to investigative interviewing. The course expands on the principles of interviewing covered in day one, with much more in-depth material, including scenarios based on real life cases. Lots of participation and exercises – but no role-plays – guaranteed!

The P.E.A.C.E. Interview Framework
This course is an introduction to P.E.A.C.E. P.E.A.C.E. is an investigative interviewing framework that is ethical, efficient and effective. It has been adopted by investigators across the globe. The focus is on conducting a Cognitive Interview that underpins the UK’s P.E.A.C.E Model and the RCMP Phased Witness Model. The course is designed for anyone who wishes to obtain information from another person and wants that information to be complete and reliable.
Investigating Allegations of Harassment and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Designed for anyone involved in workplace investigations, this course focuses exclusively on the challenges of harassment and sexual harassment investigations. It covers dealing with he said/she said cases, trauma-informed interviewing techniques, confidentiality issues and many other aspects of this challenging kind of investigation.
Report Writing for Investigators
Most of us have to write reports of some kind, be it as the result of an investigation or a similar process. Report writing can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Worry not. This course is designed for investigators, inspectors, auditors, analysts, complaint handlers, lawyers, human resources professionals and anyone else who has to put pen to paper. It is focused on writing clear and concise reports – and making the entire report writing process as simple and as painless as possible.
